心理护理对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者不良情绪及护理满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Psychological Nursing on Bad Mood and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的分析对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者实施心理护理干预后对其不良情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2018年6月至2020年6月收治的60例腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者作为研究对象,并分为观察组(30例,实施心理护理干预)和对照组(30例,实施常规护理干预)。结果 (1)两组患者护理前后的SDS、SAS评分对比:对比两组患者护理前后的SDS、SAS评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度,与对照组相对比,观察组经护理干预后的SDS、SAS评分更低,生活质量评分更高,数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者经护理干预后的生活质量评分对比:观察组患者经护理干预后的各项生活质量评分相比于对照组更高,数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者的护理满意度对比分析:与对照组相比,观察组总满意率更高,数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对接受腹腔镜全子宫切除治疗的患者行心理护理干预,能缓解患者的心理压力,改善焦虑等负面情绪,帮助患者保持良好且稳定的情绪状态。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods Sixty patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(30 cases, psychological nursing intervention) and control group(30 cases, routine nursing intervention). Results(1) Comparison of SDS and SAS scores before and after nursing in the two groups: SDS, SAS scores, quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing in the two groups were compared. Compared with the control group, SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower and quality of life scores were higher after nursing intervention, with statistical difference(P<0.05).(2) Two groups of patients after nursing intervention quality of life score comparison: The observation group of patients after nursing intervention quality of life score is higher than the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3) Comparative analysis of nursing satisfaction between the two groups: Compared with the control group, the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher. There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy can relieve psychological pressure, improve anxiety and other negative emotions, and help patients maintain a good and stable emotional state.
