分析冠心病临床护理中新型健康教育护理模式的应用效果

Analysis of the Application Effect of New Health Education Nursing Mode in Clinical Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨冠心病临床护理中新型健康教育护理模式的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月二甲医院心病肾病科收治的冠心病患者参与研究,并抽取130例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,均为65例。其中给予常规护理的设为对照组,而给予新型健康教育护理模式的设为观察组,分析其应用效果。结果 (1)两组生活质量比较:护理前,两组评分值无统计学意义,两组患者对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的生活质量评分均高于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组健康教育掌握度比较:观察组的健康教育掌握度高于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者在治疗期间给予新型健康教育护理模式,可显著提高患者的生活质量与健康教育掌握度,积极促进病情转优,值得推行。

Objective To explore the application effect of new health education nursing mode in clinical nursing of coronary heart disease. Methods From February 2020 to February 2021, 130 patients with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 65 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given new health education nursing mode. Results(1) Comparison of quality of life between the two groups: Before nursing, the score of the two groups had no statistical significance, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).(2) Comparison of the mastery of health education between the two groups: The mastery of health education in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The new health education and nursing mode for patients with coronary heart disease during treatment can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and the mastery of health education, and actively promote the improvement of the disease, which is worthy of promotion.
