黄芪注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of the Treatment of Viral Myocarditis with Sodium Creatis Phosphate in Jaundice Injection

目的在病毒性心肌炎患者的临床治疗中,探究黄芪注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗方法的临床效果。方法本次研究的对象为2020年1月至2021年1月在我院进行诊治的病毒性心肌炎患者,共32例,通过随机分组将研究对象平均分为对照组和实验组。对照组患者进行常规治疗,实验组患者使用黄芪注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗,对两组患者的治疗有效率、治疗前后的心肌酶谱水平进行对比分析。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率(93.75%)高于对照组患者(75.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组患者的心肌酶谱水平无显著差异,治疗后两组患者的心肌酶谱水平均得到改善,但实验组患者的心肌酶谱水平更低(P<0.05)。结论对于病毒性心肌炎患者,使用黄芪注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗可得到更显著的临床效果,有效率更高,治疗后心肌酶谱水平改善程度也较高,有利于患者预后,可在临床治疗中进行推广。

Objective In the clinical treatment of patients with viral myocarditis, the clinical effect of jaundice injection combined with sodium creatrophate was explored. Methods The subjects of this study were 32 patients with viral myocarditis who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021, and the subjects were divided into control groups and experimental groups on average through random groups. The patients in the control group were treated regularly, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with jaundice injection combined with sodium creaconate, and the treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed with the level of cardiomyoenzyme spectrum before and after treatment. Results The treatment efficiency of the patients in the experimental group(93.75%) was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in cardiomyoenzyme spectrometase levels between the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and the cardiomyoenzyme spectromety was improved in the two groups after treatment, but the cardiomyosine spectrometase levels were lower in the experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with viral myocarditis, the treatment with jaundice injection combined with sodium creatrophate can achieve more significant clinical results, more efficient, after treatment, the level of cardiomyosine spectrum improvement is also higher, conducive to patient prognostication, can be promoted in clinical treatment.
