Objective To explore the effects of clustering integrated management combined with water-bed bird nest nursing on neurobehavior, growth and development and feeding of premature infants. Methods A total of 80 premature infants were randomly divided into control group and observation group by lottery in the form of single and double numbers, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given clustering integrated management combined with water-bed bird nest nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the each dimension of NBNA scores in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the body weight, head circumference and body length in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were greater than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the artificial feeding rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clustering integrated management combined with water-bed bird nest nursing applied in premature infants can ameliorate neurobehavior, growth and development, and improve the exclusive breastfeeding rate.
