人性化护理服务在新生儿肺炎护理中的应用效果

Application effect of humanized nursing service in nursing of neonatal pneumonia

目的分析人性化护理服务在新生儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年9月至2020年9月收治的400例新生儿肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照奇偶数法将其分为对照组(200例)和试验组(200例)。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予人性化护理服务。比较两组患儿的临床症状改善时间、住院时间、肺功能指标、护理质量评分和不良反应总发生率。结果试验组的咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、体温恢复正常时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的生活护理、护患交流、心理护理与健康指导评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应总发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的21.50%(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理服务可改善新生儿肺炎患儿的临床症状与肺功能,降低并发症发生率,提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing service in neonatal pneumonia nursing.Methods Four hundred cases of neonatal pneumonia treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(200 cases)and experimental group(200 cases)according to odd even number method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given humanized nursing service.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,hospital stay,pulmonary function indexes,nursing quality score and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,disappearance time of lung rales,the time for body temperature to return to normal and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of life nursing,nurse-patient communication,psychological nursing and health guidance in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.50%,which was lower than 21.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing service can improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of children with neonatal pneumonia,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing quality.
