基于ADOPT模式的护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病高危人群中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing intervention based on ADOPT mode in high-risk population of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨基于ADOPT模式的护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病高危人群中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2020年8月我院纳入的119例妊娠期糖尿病高危孕妇,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(59例)和研究组(60例)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施基于ADOPT模式的护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预18周后,两组的自我管理行为和妊娠期糖尿病知识问卷评分均显著升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的孕期体重增长值及妊娠期糖尿病发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组服糖后1、2 h的血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于ADOPT模式的护理干预可增强妊娠期糖尿病高危人群的自我行为管理能力,提高其妊娠期糖尿病知识水平,减缓体重增长,降低妊娠期糖尿病和不良妊娠结局的发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on ADOPT mode in high-risk population of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 119 pregnant women with high-risk gestational diabetes mellitus admitted from January 2020 to August 2020 were selected,and the pregnant women were divided into control group(59 cases)and study group(60 cases)according to random number table method.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the study group carried out nursing intervention based on ADOPT mode on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 18 weeks of intervention,the scores of self-management behaviors and gestational diabetes knowledge questionnaire in the two groups increased significantly,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The weight gain during pregnancy and incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose levels at 1 and 2 h after taking sugar in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on ADOPT mode can enhance the self-management ability of high-risk population of gestational diabetes mellitus,improve their knowledge level of gestational diabetes mellitus,slow down weight gain,and reduce the incidences of gestational diabetes mellitus and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
