钻孔灌注桩压浆后承载性能的可靠度分析

摘要 随着社会经济发展速度不断加快,建筑工程建设规模进一步扩大,钻孔灌注桩被广泛应用在工程施工中,对提高工程基础结构整体承载力及稳定性具有重要意义。为切实保障钻孔灌注桩实际施工水平,施工单位需要着重检测钻孔灌注桩压浆后的实际承载性能,不断优化钻孔灌注桩施工方案,切实保障工程整体建设经济效益。本文以某商业建筑工程为例,分析工程钻孔灌注桩施工流程,提出钻孔灌注桩压浆环节施工要点,分析钻孔灌注桩压浆后的实际承载性能可靠度,为后续施工方案的不断优化、施工质量及安全管理机制的拟定提供重要理论依据。 With the continuous acceleration of social and economic development and the further expansion of construction scale,bored piles are widely used in engineering construction,which is of great significance for improving the overall bearing capacity and stability of engineering infrastructure.In order to ensure the actual construction level of bored piles,the construction unit needs to focus on testing the actual bearing performance of bored piles after grouting,continuously optimize the construction plan of bored piles,and effectively guarantee the economic benefits of the overall construction of the project.Taking a commercial construction project as an example,this paper analyzes the construction process of bored piles,puts forward the key points of the grouting process of bored piles,and analyzes the reliability of the actual bearing performance of bored piles after grouting.The formulation of optimization,construction quality and safety management mechanisms provides important theoretical basis.
