渠改管工程钢管焊接工艺研究

摘要 随着经济社会的发展,为便于供水工程的调度及运行管理,避免水资源浪费,早期修建的明渠供水工程逐渐采用管道代替,实现节水增效,提高农业生产水平。蒙自市五里冲水库东西干渠节水改造工程属于典型的渠改管工程,施工中通过焊接工艺试验与评定、焊接方法的改进提升,提炼出钢管组合式焊接工艺方法,对类似渠改管工程可提供借鉴。 With the development of economy and society,in order to facilitate the dispatch and operation and management of water supply projects,and avoid water waste,the open channel water supply projects built in the early stage are gradually replaced by pipes to realize water saving and increase efficiency and improve the level of agricultural production.The water-saving reconstruction project of the east-west main canal of Wulichong Reservoir in Mengzi City is a typical canal conversion project.During the construction,through the welding process test and qualification,and the improvement of welding Engineering can provide a reference.
