摘要
为了提高软质聚酰亚胺泡沫材料的耐热性能,尝试采用硅烷偶联剂处理不同组分的MgO分别添加到聚酰亚胺泡沫中,通过大量的力学性能实验、热导率测试、密度实验和耐热实验进行筛选对比,课题组发现MgO被硅烷偶联剂处理后,其添加到聚酰亚胺泡沫中,可以提高泡沫的拉伸强度和材料的耐热性,保持材料的疏水性。
In order to improve the heat resistance of the flexible polyimide foam,MgO with different components was added to the polyimide foam,and a lot of mechanical tests,thermal conductivity tests and thermal aging tests were carried out to screen and compare the results,the team found that when MgO was added to the polyimide foam,its tensile strength,thermal conductivity and thermal aging properties were improved.
