The developed procedures and developing trends of the United States’navigation satellites

以美国发布的最新材料为依据,重新梳理了美国导航卫星的发展历程及其发展趋势,包括子午仪卫星导航系统的发展历程,美国空军的621B项目、美国海军的蒂马申(TIMATION)卫星导航系统及美国陆军的赛科尔(SECOR)系统的相关情况,在此基础上,论述了美国全球定位系统(GPS)的发展历程,最后介绍GPS空间部分、控制部分及用户端的现代化计划。

Based on the latest documents released by the United States,this paper reviewed the development history and trends of United States’navigation satellites,including the developed history of Transit navigation satellite system(Transit),the US Air Force project 621B,the U.S.Navy’s TIMATION program and U.S.Army’s SECOR system.On the basis of those satellite navigation systems,the developed history of the Global Positioning System(GPS)was presented.Finally,GPS’modernization plans in space segment,control segment and user segment were introduced.
