摘要
为了解蘘荷在不同海拔下的生态适宜性,以湖北长阳县本地蘘荷为试验材料,在长阳县1823、1225、430 m这3个海拔梯度条件下,调查研究不同海拔区对蘘荷的物候期、品质、产量、经济效益的影响。结果表明,高海拔区栽培的蘘荷萌芽期、出叶和株高增速峰值均比低海拔区明显延迟。各海拔蘘荷产量为:1225 m>430 m>1823 m,中海拔区产量比低海拔区高22.73%,比高海拔区高25.58%。中海拔区蘘荷品质最佳,其次是低海拔区,最差的是高海拔区。中海拔区蘘荷粗纤维含量比低海拔区低7.0%,维生素C含量比低海拔区高26.09%,可溶性糖含量比低海拔区高51.57%。从产量和品质综合比较,中海拔区最适宜种植蘘荷。
In order to understand the ecological adaptability of mioga ginger at different altitudes(1823 m,1225 m and 430 m),the local mioga ginger variety in Changyang county was used as material,the effects of different altitudes on the phenophase,quality,yield and economic benefit of mioga ginger were investigated.The results showed that the sprouting date,leafing and peak value of plant height at high elevation were significantly delayed and lower than those grown at lower elevation.The yield of each elevation was the following order:1225 m>430 m>1823 m.The mid-elevation output was 22.73%higher than the low elevation and 25.58%higher than the high elevation.The middle elevation was found the best quality,followed by low elevation,and the worst was high elevation.The crude fiber content at mid-elevation was 7.0%lower than that of low elevation,the vitamin C content was 26.09%higher than that of low elevation,and the soluble sugar content was 51.57%higher than that of low elevation.Therefore,combined with production and quality,the middle altitude was the most suitable elevation for planting mioga ginger.
