腹腔镜下胃癌根治术对早期胃癌患者围手术指标、预后生存及并发症的影响

Effects of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy on perioperative-related indicators,prognostic survival and complications of patients with early gastric cancer

【目的】探讨腹腔镜下胃癌根治术对早期胃癌患者围手术相关指标、预后生存及并发症的影响。【方法】选取本院收治的早期胃癌患者89例,根据治疗方式分为对照组(开腹胃癌根治术,n=43)和研究组(腹腔镜下胃癌根治术,n=46)。对比两组围手术指标、应激指标、并发症及预后生存情况。【结果】研究组手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠蠕动恢复时间、术后进食时间以及住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);与术前相比,各组术后CRP、WBC、IL-6水平均上升,其中对照组较研究组上升更为明显(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后2年生存率对比无差异(P>0.05)。【结论】将腹腔镜下胃癌根治术应用于早期胃癌患者中疗效显著,可减少术后并发症,有助于患者术后恢复。

【Objective】To explore the effects of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy on perioperative-related indicators,prognostic survival and complications of patients with early gastric cancer.【Methods】89 patients with early gastric cancer admitted to this hospital were selected.According to the treatment method,they were divided into control group(open radical gastrectomy,n=43)and study group(laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,n=46).The perioperative indexes and stress indexes complications and prognostic survival were compared between the two groups.【Results】The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,recovery time of gastrointestinal peristalsis,postoperative eating time,and hospital stay in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with thsoe before surgery,the levels of CRP,WBC,and IL-6 increased significantly in the two groups after surgery.The increasing in the control group was more significant than that in the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the 2-year survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The application of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in patients with early gastric cancer has a significant effect,which can reduce postoperative complications and help patients recover after surgery.
