摘要
利用流体计算软件FLUENT设置液罐内不同密度液体载荷参数变化,分析罐内液体冲击时域响应,了解不同密度液体的冲击特性。通过仿真数值与罐体缩放实验相结合,验证了FLUENT仿真的可信性,发现等比例缩小或者放大罐体可以用来描述液罐汽车罐体的液体冲击现象。采用准静态法计算液体质心坐标,分析质心在不同侧向加速度下的运动特性,以量化不同密度液体冲击载荷并由此计算装有不同密度液体的液罐汽车侧翻阈值,进而分析液体晃动对整车侧倾稳定性的影响。
The fluid calculation software FLUENT is used to set the variation of liquid load parameters of different densities in the liquid tank,analyze the time domain response of liquid in the tank,and understand the liquid impact characteristics of different densities.The credibility of FLUENT simulation is verified by the combination of simulation value and tank scaling experiment,and it is found that the equal scale reduction or enlargement of the tank can be used to describe the liquid impact phenomenon of liquid tank car.The quasi-static method is used to calculate the liquid centroid coordinates,analyze the motion characteristics of the center of mass under different lateral accelerationsto quantify the impact load of different density liquid,thereby the rollover threshold of liquid tank car with different density is calculated,and the influence of liquid sloshing on car roll stability is analyzed.
