摘要
目的:基于课程设置,调查研究生对导师指导满意程度的影响因素。方法:对山东省5所医学院校进行问卷调查,对研究生课程设置情况进行描述性分析,对研究生的导师满意度进行有序多分类logistic回归分析。结果:教师的授课方式"以讲授为主"的教学模式占主流,研究生课堂参与度较高,跨学科课程较少,大部分学生没有参加过国际课程。授课方式、课堂参与程度、专业是否能够提供前沿的知识教育、师生关系类型、指导学生的方式、互动中学生的主动性、每次师生交流的时间长短、每周自学状况成为影响研究生对导师满意度的因素。结论:建议学校开设创新性的跨学科课程,深入探究研究生教学新模式,完善研究生导师制度,建立师生创新共同体。
Objective To study the influencing factors of graduate students’satisfaction on the supervisors’guidance based on curriculum setting.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in five medical colleges in Shandong Province.The curriculum setting of graduate students was studied with descriptive analysis.And their satisfaction on supervisors’guidance was studied with orderly multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The teaching mode was dominated by lecturing.Postgraduate students had a high degree of participation in class.There had few interdisciplinary courses.Most students had never participated in international courses.Teaching method,degree of class participation,whether providing cutting-edge knowledge education,type of teacher-student relationship,way to guide students,students’interactive initiative,duration of teacher-student communication,and the status of weekly self-study has become the factors to influence the satisfaction of graduate students on their tutors.Conclusion It is suggested to set up innovative interdisciplinary courses,deeply explore the new mode of postgraduate teaching,improve the postgraduate tutor system,and establish an innovative community combining teachers with students.
