摘要
在信息技术日新月异的今天,人工智能等新技术正在广泛影响着我国财务工作领域的方方面面,并已逐渐从财务会计领域逐步延伸到管理会计领域,这对会计硕士专业学位(MPAcc)研究生来说,既是挑战更是机遇。在对智能财务的概念和人才需求现状进行分析的基础上,提出高校应当从课程体系改革、师资队伍培养、“智慧云教学平台”建设以及产教融合4个方面对智能财务时代下MPAcc人才培养模式进行变革。
With rapidly changing information technology,artificial intelligence and other new technologies are widely affecting all aspects of China's financial work,and have gradually extended from the field of financial accounting to the field of management accounting.This is a challenge as well as an opportunity for MPAcc graduate students.On the basis of the analysis of the concept of intelligent finance and the current situation of talent demand,it is proposed that colleges and universities should reform the MPAcc talent cultivation mode in the era of intelligent finance from four aspects including curriculum system reform,teaching staff training,construction of intelligent cloud teaching platform,and the integration of industry and education.
