大中城市家庭0~3岁婴幼儿托育服务需求特征调查——以重庆市为例

Investigation into Demand Characteristics of Childcare Service for 0-to-3-Year-Old Infants of Families in Large and Medium Cities:Taking Chongqing as an example

为了解大中城市家庭0~3岁婴幼儿托育服务的需求特征,采取问卷调查法调查分析重庆市有托育服务需求的0~3岁婴幼儿家庭。研究结果表明,托育服务需求存在一些典型特征,具体表现为:照护指导需求迫切性、环境设施需求差异化、保育服务需求专业化、早期教育需求多元化、师资力量需求被忽视。建议从构建托育共同体、创新托育模式、规范保育、发展多元化早期教育、健全培养体系等方面协同发展,助力大中城市家庭0~3岁婴幼儿托育服务体系的建立,促进“幼有所育”目标早日实现。

In order to understand the demand characteristics of childcare service for 0-to-3-year-old infants of families in large and medium cities,families with the demand for childcare service for 0-to-3-year-old infants in Chongqing were investigated by questionnaire.The results show that there are some typical features in the demand for childcare service including the urgent demand for guidance of care,the differentiated demand for environment and facility,the specialized demand for childcare service,the diversified demand for early education,and the neglect of the demand for teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to work together to build a childcare community,innovate the childcare model,standardize childcare,develop the diversified early education,and improve the teacher training system,so as to help to construct the childcare service system for 0-to-3-year-old infants of families in large and medium cities and promote achieving the goal that the young could be taken good care of.
