摘要
档案袋增值评价是美国开发的专门针对幼儿教师的增值性评价模式,为深化幼儿教师评价改革提供了基本指引。围绕幼儿教师增值性评价,有必要探索适合我国国情的增值性评价体系,积极构建科学系统的增值评价实施方案,支持地方先行试点,在总结试点经验的基础上逐步加以推广,并将增值性评价合理应用于幼儿教师评价。
Portfolio value-added evaluation is a value-added evaluation model specially developed for preschool teachers in the United States,which provides a basic guide for deepening the reform of preschool teacher evaluation.In terms of the value-added evaluation of preschool teachers,it is necessary to explore a value-added evaluation system suitable for China's national conditions,actively construct a scientific and systematic implementation plan of value-added evaluation,support local pilot projects,gradually promote the value-added evaluation on the basis of summarizing the pilot experience,and reasonably apply value-added evaluation to the evaluation of preschool teachers.
