摘要
核电厂堆外核仪表系统(RNI)是反应堆重要的安全级专用仪控系统。其通过布置在反应堆压力容器外的中子探测器监测堆芯运行状态,在反应堆功率及功率变化异常时为保护系统提供停堆、允许信号,对反应堆的安全运行具有重要意义。针对目前国内核电厂堆外核仪表系统设计方案及系统结构各异的现状,调研、分析了两种较为成熟的数字化核仪表系统架构。从系统功能划分、接口设计、保护通道精度、通道响应时间、通道定期试验等方面,多维度、多角度地对两种方案进行了对比分析和研究,并给出每种设计方案的优点与不足以及两种方案的适应范围分析。该研究为后续工程项目中核仪表系统设计、方案选择、优化改造等提供参考。
Extra-reactor nuclear instrument system(RNI)is an important special instrument and control system for safety level in nuclear power plants.The neutron detector outside the reactor pressure vessel is used to monitor the operating state of the reactor core,and to provide shutdown and permission signals for the protection system when the reactor power and power changes are abnormal,which is of great significance for the safe operation of the reactor.In view of the present situation that the design scheme and system structure of the external nuclear instrument system of nuclear power plant in China are different,two kinds of mature digital nuclear instrument system architectures are investigated and analyzed.The two schemes are compared and analyzed from the system function division,interface design,protection channel precision,channel response time,channel periodic test and other multi-dimensional and multi-angle,and the advantages and disadvantages of each design scheme as well as the adaptive range analysis of the two schemes are given.The research can provide reference for the design,scheme selection,optimization and transformation of nuclear instrument system in subsequent engineering projects.
