摘要
报警系统作为核电厂主控制室人机接口重要组成部分,主要用于提示操纵员电厂状态或参数偏离或者即将偏离正常运行区间,指导操纵员采取纠正措施。报警系统中,用于保护功能的安全级报警信号对整个报警系统至关重要。根据报警系统的功能、现有的实现方式,对报警信号来源进行分析后,提出在安全级系统内设置专用报警处理系统。该系统用于处理安全级侧报警信号逻辑,并最终生成报警送到后备盘显示,从而简化了信号路径,使功能分配更加明确。该方案经过软、硬件测试验证,已成功应用到阳江5^(#)、6^(#)机组,运行状态良好,提高了安全级报警的可靠性,为后续报警系统的广泛应用奠定良好的基础。
As an important part of the human-machine interface in the main control room of nuclear power plant,the alarm system is mainly used to warn the operator that the state or parameters of the power plant have deviated or will deviate from the normal operation range and guide the operator to take corrective measures.The safety level alarm signal used for protection function in the alarm system is very important to the whole alarm system.According to the function of the alarm system and the existing realization mode,the source of the alarm signal is analyzed,and a special alarm processing system is proposed to be set up in the safety level system.The system is used to deal with the logic of the safety level side alarm signal,and finally generate the alarm and send it to the backup pallet for display,thus simplifying the signal path and making the function allocation clearer.The scheme has been successfully applied to the Yangjiang 5^(#)and 6^(#)nuclear power plants through testing and verification of hardware and software,and the operation status is good,which improves the reliability of the safety alarm,and lays a good foundation for the extensive application of the subsequent alarm system.
