摘要
核电厂仪控(I&C)系统的设计应考虑纵深防御策略,且应保证不同纵深防御层次间的独立性水平。为应对核电厂数字化仪控系统共因故障(CCF)可能导致多个纵深防御层次同时丧失的风险、充分保障核电厂的可靠性和安全性,仪控系统还需通过多样性设计以进一步满足纵深防御的需求。以水-水高能反应堆(VVER)核电厂国产化平台的主仪控系统架构为基础,从核电厂标准要求、纵深防御实现、独立性和多样性应用等方面进行了标准法规的符合性分析与研究,进一步阐述了仪控系统纵深防御设计的实现策略和目标,验证了VVER核电厂仪控系统的工程实施对于标准要求的一致性。对于首次使用国产化仪控平台实现的VVER核电厂进行仪控系统纵深防御的分析,不仅充分论述和验证VVER核电厂国产化仪控纵深防御设计的科学性,也可为未来新堆型仪控系统纵深防御与多样性设计与实现提供借鉴。
Defense-in-depth strategy should be considered in the design of nuclear power plant instrument control(I&C)system,and the level of independence between defense levels in different depth should be ensured.In order to deal with the risk of simultaneous loss of multiple defense levels in depth due to common cause failure(CCF)of the digital instrument control system in nuclear power plants,and to fully guarantee the reliability and safety of nuclear power plants,the instrument control system should be designed with diversity to further meet the needs of defense-in-depth.Based on the architecture of the main instrument control system of the domestically produced platform of the vodo-vodyanoi energetichesky reactor(VVER)nuclear power plant,the compliance of the standards and regulations from the aspects of the standard requirements of the nuclear power plant,the realization of the defense-in-depth,the independence and the diversified applications are analyzed and studied.The implementation strategy and goal of the defense design of the instrument and control system in depth are further expounded,and the consistency of the engineering implementation of the instrument and control system in VVER nuclear power plant to the standard requirements is verified.The analysis of defense-in-depth of the instrument and control system for VVER nuclear power plant,which is realized for the first time by using the domestic instrument and control platform,not only fully discusses and verifies the scientificity of the defense-in-depth design of the domestic instrument and control system,but also provides references for the design and implementation of the defense-in-depth and diversity of the new reactor type instrument and control system in the future.
