摘要
为弥补Relap5在核动力装置控制系统设计及动态分析中,难以支持复杂控制算法设计及调试修改过程不便的缺陷,创新性地设计了一种基于Matlab的核动力装置动态分析软件。软件建立了核动力装置重要设备及部件的非线性/线性微分代数方程模型,包括但不限于堆芯、主泵、稳压器、直流蒸汽发生器、给水阀、蒸汽阀、蒸汽旁路等,足以搭建完整一回路及主要二回路系统。软件充分利用Matlab软件在控制系统设计、分析方面的优势,可用于功率范围内的强迫循环和自然循环动态分析,以及核动力装置的关键控制方案设计与系统分析,有利于核动力装置控制方案的设计与优化。应用上述建模思路和方法,可以搭建二回路热力学模型,进而完成核电厂一二回路的整体建模,支持动态仿真和设计优化。
The dynamic analysis software in nuclear power plant based on Matlab is innovatively designed to solve the problem to be inconvenient for the complex control algorithms,debugging and modification process by using Relap5 to support the design and dynamic analysis in nuclear power plant control system.The nonlinear/linear differential-algebraic equation model of the important equipment and components of nuclear power plant in the software are established including but not limited for reactor core,reactor coolant pump,pressure stabilizer,once through steam generator,feedwater valve,steam valve and steam bypass,which is sufficient to build the complete primary loop and the main secondary loop system.The software makes full use of the advantages of Matlab software in control system design and analysis,and can be used for dynamic analysis of forced cycle and natural cycle in the power range,as well as the design and system analysis of key control schemes of nuclear power plant,which is beneficial to the design and optimization of control system of nuclear power plant.The above modeling ideas and methods can be used to build the thermodynamic model of the secondary loop,thus completing the overall modeling of the primary and secondary loop of the nuclear power plant and supporting dynamic simulation and design optimization.
