核电站数字化棒位测量通道的研究与设计

摘要 控制棒实测棒位信息是核电站运行过程中的一项重要参数。利用棒位测量通道,能够有效获得准确的棒位信息。目前运行的核电站中被广泛使用的棒位测量通道,往往采用以数控调节器为核心的模拟电路设计。该设计在实际运行中控制精度较低、信号处理误差较大,测量棒位易出现跳变。为解决这些问题,以数字处理芯片为核心,研究并设计了数字化棒位测量通道。通过理论分析与试验的方式,验证了该设计的可行性。该设计能够有效地提高控制和测量精度,具有实际的应用价值。 The measured rod position is an important parameter during nuclear power plant operation.Accurate rod position information can be obtained effectively by using rod position measurement channel.The rod position measurement channel widely used in the nuclear power plant now usually adopts analog circuit design with the numerical control regulator as core.This design has low control precision in actual operation,and the signal processing error is large,so the saltus step is easily taken place for measuring rod position.To solve these problems,a digital rod position measurement channel with a digital processing chip as the core is researched and designed.Through theoretical analysis and test,the feasibility of the design is verified,and it can effectively improve the control and measurement accuracy,which has practical application value.
