摘要
为了更有效率地对核电站数字化仪控系统可靠性进行评估,在马尔可夫法理论分析的基础上,开发了可靠性分析软件。软件通过对Visio的二次开发,嵌入Microsoft Office Visio 14.0 Drawing Control控件,绘制了系统的马尔可夫模型。根据图形逻辑关系,通过图形转换算法,导出状态转移矩阵以进一步完成系统可靠性分析与计算。对软件的开发环境以及技术架构进行了介绍,并分析了软件的各个功能模块以及相关开发流程,阐述了软件实现的关键技术。最后,以核电站数字化仪控系统相关工程应用案例,完成了系统马尔可夫模型的建立以及可靠性评估。通过开发的可靠性分析软件,验证了软件的有效性和通用性。结果表明,开发的软件适用于核电厂DCS马尔可夫模型的建立和可靠性分析。通过该软件,可提升核电厂DCS可靠性分析评价工作的自动化水平和效率。
In order to more efficiently evaluate the reliability of the nuclear power plant digital control system,the reliability analysis software is developed based on Markov method.The software embeds the Microsoft Office Visio 14.0 Drawing Control with secondary development of Visio to realize the function of drawing Markov model.Based on the graphic logic relationship and the graphic conversion algorithm,the software exports the state transition matrix to realize the system reliability analysis and calculation.The software development environment and the technical architecture are introduced,the functional modules and the related development processes of the software are analyzed,and the key technology of software implementation is explained.At last,the Markov model is established and its reliability is evaluated in the actual engineering application case of the digital control system of the nuclear power plant.Through the development of reliability analysis software,the software validity and versatility are verified.The results show that the developed software is suitable for the establishment and reliability analysis of the DCS Markov model of nuclear power plants.Through this software,the automation level and efficiency of the reliability analysis and evaluation of the nuclear power plant DCS can be improved.
