摘要
对核电厂安全级设备而言,需要针对商品级物项开展适用性确认活动,以确保商品级物项的质量满足核电厂的应用要求。但目前国内的标准体系只提出了基本方法,不足以指导具体工作的开展。从技术评估及验收两方面入手,针对部件安全分级、关键特性确认、验收方法选择等关键技术进行研究。对于部件安全分级及关键特性识别,通过安全功能设计分析及失效模式分析,建立关联性进行确认。对于验收方法确认,结合各验收方法特点,建立验收方法应用原则。上述方法已在国内某核电机组安全级仪控系统项目上进行了成功的实践应用,证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。该研究为推动我国核行业商品级物项适用性确认体系的建立奠定了技术基础。
For the safety grade equipment of nuclear power plant,suitability verification activities should be carried out for the commercial grade items to ensure the quality of the commercial grade items to meet the application requirements of nuclear power plant.However,the current domestic standard system only provides basic methods,which is not enough to guide the development of specific work.Starting from two aspects of technical evaluation and acceptance,the key technologies such as component safety classification,verification of key characteristics and selection of acceptance methods are studied.For component safety classification and key characteristics identification,the correlation is established and verified through safety function design analysis and failure mode analysis.For the verification of acceptance methods,the application principles of acceptance methods are established based on the characteristics of each acceptance method.The above method has been successfully applied in a nuclear power unit safety level instrument control system project in China,which proves the correctness and feasibility of this method.This study has laid a technical foundation for promoting the establishment of the applicability verification system of commodity grade items in China’s nuclear industry.
