摘要
针对核仪控产品技术状态控制因设计输入冻结频繁,难以控制的现实问题,仪控供货团队对核仪控产品供货全生命周期进行了整理,概括出核仪控产品供货全生命周期包含项目策划、用户需求理解和澄清、需求分析、方案设计、详细设计、软件实现/硬件制造、集成、测试、交付及交付后活动共计10个阶段。在确认供货产品的活动范围后,查阅了相关标准(包含:NB/T 20335《核电厂软件配置管理》、GJB 9001C《质量管理体系要求》、GJB 5000A和CMMI),以融合创新的思维方式,分析了各个标准对核仪控产品技术状态控制的要求,提出了融合创新领域的核仪控产品供货全生命周期技术状态控制的新方法。该研究为核仪控产品行业技术状态管理提供了新思路,也为核仪控产品采购方提供了设备供货过程设计确认和审查的方法。
Aiming at the practical problem that the technical state control of nuclear I&C products is difficult to control due to frequent freezing of design input,the whole life cycle of the delivery of the nuclear I&C products are put in order by the I&C products delivery team.The whole life cycle of nuclear I&C products is summarized by 10 stages including project planning,user’s requirements understanding and clarification,demand analysis,scheme design,detailed design,software implementation,hardware manufacturing,integration,testing,delivery and post-delivery activities.After determining the range of the activity of the products,standards including NB/T 20335 Nuclear Power Plant Software Configuration Management,GJB 9001C Quality Management System Requirements and GJB 5000A and CMMI are refered.The requirements of each standard for nuclear I&C products technical state control are analyzed in an integrate innovation way.A new technical state control method for the whole life cycle of the nuclear instrument and control products in the field of fusion innovation is proposed.The study provides a new idea for the nuclear I&C products technical state control.A method for the buyer of nuclear I&C products is provided to confirm and review the design of equipment supply process.
