摘要
为提升核电仪控(I&C)设备的设计和制造质量,对质量计划编制、跟踪管理等进行了研究。探讨了质量计划在核电仪控设备中的应用。探索了仪控电气设备在硬件设计、软件开发、产品制造等供货过程中更加科学的质量计划管理的方法,从而进一步提升对产品设计和制造过程控制的有效性、提升产品质量、提升产品的可置信度,达到质量控制的有效目的。创新性地研究了核岛主设备、仪控电气设备质量计划在生产制造过程中管理的运行经验。科学地提出了工序的分册、工序的分阶段管理以及质量计划跟踪管理、文件领用等观点。通过对核电仪控设备在质量计划编制、质量计划实现阶段、最终阶段跟踪管理的研究,总结出了质量计划在策划时应考虑到覆盖所有的过程活动,并同时进行分册管理、分阶段管理、合理进行工序管理。质量计划在跟踪管理时针对文件的领用、质量计划的实现阶段、最终阶段等要点也应引起关注。
In order to improve the design and manufacturing quality of nuclear power instrument and control(I&C)equipment,the preparation and tracking management of quality plan is studied.The application of quality plan in nuclear power I&C equipment is discussed.Thus,a more scientific quality plan management method for I&C electrical equipment in the supply process of hardware design,software development and product manufacturing is explored,so as to further improve the effectiveness of product design and manufacturing process control,improve product quality,enhance product confidence,and achieve the effective purpose of quality control.The operation experience of quality plan of nuclear island main equipment and I&C electrical equipment in the production and manufacturing process is studied innovatively.Some viewpoints are put forward scientifically,such as the division of working procedure,the phased management of working procedure,the tracking management of quality plan and the application of documents,etc.Through the research on the quality plan preparation,quality plan implementation and final stage tracking management of nuclear power I&C equipment,it is concluded that the planning of quality plan should take into account all process activities,and carry out volume management,phased management and reasonable process management at the same time.During the follow-up management of the quality plan,attention should be paid for the key points such as the collection of documents,the implementation stage and the final stage of the quality plan.
