摘要
核电厂内有较多核级压力/差压型变送器仪表。机组调试过程中,该类仪表的调试试验包括通道验证试验和量程修正试验两大项。由于该类核级仪表的非智能性,通道验证试验一直采用传统打压方式,量程修正试验采用就地调整方式,耗费大量人力,且耗时长、效果差。基于上述情况,针对通道验证和量程修正两个试验的调试方法进行研究,全面调整试验方法,减少不必要的试验步骤,避免重复性验证工作。同时,基于分布式控制系统(DCS)数字化平台,应用数字化逻辑优化,以增加一次函数修正替代就地仪表量程调整的方式,提高了调试试验便捷性、准确性和设备维护的智能性。
There are many nuclear pressure/differential pressure transmitters in the nuclear power plant.In the process of unit commissioning,the commissioning test of this kind of instrument includes two items:channel verification test and range correction test.Because of the non-intelligence of this kind of nuclear grade instrument,the channel verification test has always adopted the traditional pressure method,and the range correction test adopted the on-site adjustment method,which consumes a lot of manpower,consumes a lot of time,and has poor effect.Based on the above situation,the debugging methods of channel verification and range correction tests are studied,and the test methods are adjusted comprehensively to reduce unnecessary test steps and avoid repeated verification.At the same time,based on the digital platform of distributed control system(DCS),the digital logic optimization is applied to add a function correction instead of local instrument range adjustment way,improve the commissioning test convenience,accuracy and intelligence of equipment maintenance.
