核电厂仪控系统响应时间偏差分析方法研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 核电厂仪控系统的响应时间有严格的要求。实际工程信号处理过程中,仪控系统平台不同处理单元的数字化处理特性决定了信号响应时间的长短,并在一定时间范围内呈现随机性。这会导致电站计算机信息和控制系统(KIC)中采集的设备动作时间与设计值存在偏差。其主要受到各信号处理环节响应时间及处理器(CPU)扫描周期的影响。针对核电厂仪控系统在信号处理环节响应时间存在偏差的特性,结合对信号传递过程中信号处理路径的分析,提出一种通用的响应时间量化分析方法。通过此方法,给出信息和控制系统实测信号响应时间的合理区间范围,解决核电厂常见的主控室信息和控制系统画面读取时间与设计值存在偏差的问题。该分析方法对于不同技术路线的核电厂仪控系统响应时间分析具有通用性。 The response time of the instrument control system in nuclear power plant is strictly required.In the process of actual engineering signal processing,the digital processing characteristics of different processing units on the instrument and control system platform determine the length of signal response time,which presents randomness within a certain time range.This will lead to deviation between the operation time of the equipment collected in the plant computer information and control system(KIC)and the design value.It is mainly affected by the response time of each signal processing link and the sweep cycle of the central processing unit(CPU).In view of the deviation of the response time of the instrument control system in the signal processing of nuclear power plant and the analysis of the signal processing path in the signal transmission process,a general quantitative analysis method of the response time was proposed.Through this method,the reasonable range of the measured information and control system signal response time is given,so as to solve the problem that the reading time of information and control system picture in the main control room of nuclear power plant is deviated from the design value.This analysis method can be used to analyze the response time of the instrument control system of nuclear power plant with different technical routes.
