基于SPSS的油液温度和闸门下滑量关系分析

摘要 进水口快速门液压启闭机是引水发电系统中重要的保护设备之一,对机组的安全运行起着关键作用。为增强运维人员对液压启闭机设备性能的掌握,对某电站某台进水口快速门液压启闭机巡检记录的油液温度和闸门下滑量数据,利用SPSS统计软件进行回归分析,得出它们之间存在高度的线性关系,并得到了回归方程,以供运维人员全面了解设备性能,利于设备的安全运行及维护。 The hydraulic hoist of the water inlet fast gate is one of the important protection equipment in the water diversion power generation system.It plays a key role in the safe operation of the unit.In order to improve the understanding of the operation and maintenance personnel on the performance of the hydraulic hoist equipment,we analyze the relationship between the oil temperature and the gate sliding amount of the hydraulic hoist of a water inlet fast gate.Regression analysis of the recorded data shows a highly linear relationship between them and the regression equation is obtained.The results could be useful reference for the operation and maintenance personnel to fully understand the performance of the equipment,and are beneficial to the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment.
