高坝洲电厂同步相量测量装置的故障及处理

摘要 针对高坝洲水力发电厂同步相量测装置的配置、功能,分析自投运以来其PMU与WAMS主站通讯出现过的异常情况、存在的问题及处理措施,通过优化电厂PCS-996装置2台集中器的运行模式,更新CFG2配置文件,完成系统软件升级,使电厂PMU装置运行稳定,能较好地满足了上级调度工作要求。 After an introduction of the configuration and functions of the synchronous phasor measurement unit(PMU)in Gaobazhou Hydropower Plant,the abnormal conditions,existing problems and corresponding treatment measures in the communication between the PMU and the master station of the wide-area measurement system(WAMS)are analyzed.By optimizing the operation mode of two concentrators in the PCS-996 device,updating the CFG2 configuration file and completing the system software upgrade,the PMU in the power plant operates stably and meets the dispatching requirements from superior level.
