三种微小RNA水平与急性脑梗死严重程度和预后的关系 被引量:2

Relationship of serum miR-19b-3p,miR-146a and miR-210 levels with severity and outcome of acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆微小RNA(miR)-19b-3p、miR-146a和miR-210水平与预后的关系。方法选取ACI患者210例为ACI组,另选取同期健康体检者60例为对照组。对比各组血浆miR-19b-3p、miR-146a、miR-210水平。结果ACI组血浆miR-19b-3p、miR-210水平明显高于对照组,miR-146a水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。ACI患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分与血浆miR-19b-3p、miR-210水平呈正相关,与miR-146a水平呈负相关(P<0.01)。NIHSS评分(OR=1.543,95%CI:1.332~1.787)、miR-19b-3p(OR=1.242,95%CI:1.047~1.474)、miR-210(OR=1.077,95%CI:0.823~1.259)为ACI患者预后不良独立危险因素,miR-146a(OR=0.069,95%CI:0.026~0.185)为独立保护因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论ACI患者血浆miR-19b-3p、miR-210水平明显提升,miR-146a水平明显降低,随着病情加重而变化,为预后不良独立影响因素,可能作为ACI患者预后评估指标。 Objective To study the relationship of serum miR-19b-3p,miR-146a and miR-210 levels with the outcome of ACI.Methods Two hundred and ten ACI patients admitted to our hospital served as an ACI group and 60 healthy persons as a control group.The serum miR-19b-3p,miR-146a and miR-210 levels in different groups were measured.Results The serum levels of miR-19b-3p and miR-210 were significantly higher while those of miR-146a were significantly lower in ACI group than in control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score was positively related with the serum levels of miR-19b-3p and miR-210 and negatively related with those of miR-146a in ACI patients(P<0.01).The NIHSS score,miR-19b-3p and miR-210 were independent risk factors for the poor outcome while the miR-146a was an independent protective factor for the poor outcome in ACI patients(OR=1.543,95%CI:1.332-1.787;OR=1.242,95%CI:1.047-1.474;OR=1.077,95%CI:0.823-1.259;OR=0.069,95%CI:0.026-0.185,P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of miR-19b-3p and miR-210 are significantly higher while those of miR-146a are significantly lower in ACI patients.The serum levels of miR-19b-3p and miR-210,an independent risk factor for the poor outcome in ACI patients,increase with the aggravation of ACI and can thus be used as a biomarker in assessing their outcome.
