三级综合医院病房应对新冠肺炎疫情的防控措施分析

Prevention and control measures for COVID-19 epidemic in wards of tertiary general hospitals

目的探讨新冠肺炎三级综合医院病房的防控措施。方法新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,东莞市松山湖中心医院作为三级综合医院,采取健全组织,建立相关规章制度,调整科室布局,开展全员持续性、多样性培训,诊疗流程再造,强化疫情监测,及时报告等防控措施,保障医疗业务正常开展。结果2020年1月23日至5月8日期间,普外科收治住院患者548例,手术447例,行核酸检测患者427人次,全部检测结果阴性。结论三级综合医院是新型冠状病毒肺炎收治的前沿阵地,全员配合、全面认识是战胜疫情的基础,把好关口是保障日常医疗工作正常开展的重点,住院流程再造是疫情排查的重要手段。

Objective To explore the prevention and control measures of COVID-19 in wards of tertiary general hospital.Methods After the outbreak of COVID-19,Dongguan Songshan Lake Central Hospital,as a third-level general hospital,took measures to improve the organization and establish relevant rules and regulations,adjusted department layout,carried out continuous and diversified training for all the staff,reengineered the diagnosis and treatment process,strengthened epidemic monitoring,timely reported the cases,and took other prevention and control measures to ensure the normal development of medical services.Results From January 23 to May 8,2020,a total of 548 inpatients were admitted to Department of General Surgery;447 cases were operated on;and 427 patients underwent nucleic acid test,with negative results.Conclusions Tertiary general hospitals are the front line of COVID-19 treatment.The staff's cooperation and comprehensive understanding are the basis of overcoming the epidemic;the key point of ensuring the normal development of daily medical work is to properly guard the gate;and the reengineering of hospitalization process is an important means of epidemic investigation.
