摘要 油浸式变压器是一种利用电磁互感效应,变换电压,电流和阻抗的设备,由铁芯和线圈组成,并全部浸于变压器油中。当初级线圈中通有交流电流时,铁芯中便产生交流磁通,使次级线圈中感应出电压。主要介绍阿海电厂一台油浸式主变压器油中H_(2)、CH_(4)含量持续异常升高问题的分析及处理过程。重申对于已运行的设备,在现场条件有限的情况下,整体抽真空是去除变压器内部绝缘材料水分的最有效的方法。 Oil-immersed transformer is a device that uses electromagnetic mutual inductance to change voltage,current and impedance.It consists of iron core and coil and is immersed in transformer oil.When there is AC current in the primary coil,an AC magnetic flux is generated in the iron core,causing a voltage to be induced in the secondary coil.This paper mainly introduces the analysis and treatment of the abnormal increase of H_(2) and CH_(4) content in the oil of an oil-immersed main transformer in Ahai Power Plant.For the operating equipment,in the limited field conditions,the overall vacuum pumping is the most effective method to remove moisture from the transformer internal insulation material.
