摘要
近年来随着GIS设备在各级发输变电工程中应用越来越广泛,运行中的各类缺陷也随之增加。通过对鲁地拉水电站GIS设备出线套管支架螺栓严重载流发热异常情况,进行原因分析,并结合现场实际提出了相应解决方案并实施。有效地解决了螺栓严重载流发热异常情况,对同类型GIS金属支架螺栓发热问题分析处理及新建水电项目在机电设备安装方面具有很好的指导作用。
In recent years,with the application of GIS devices in various levels of transmission and substation projects more and more widely,various defects in operation also increase.This paper analyses the causes of serious current-carrying and heat-generating abnormalities of bolts in the outgoing sleeve bracket of GIS equipment in Ludila Hydropower Station,and puts forward corresponding solutions and implements them in combination with the actual situation in the field.It effectively solves the abnormal situation of bolt serious current carrying and heating,and has a good guiding role in the analysis and treatment of bolt heating problem of the same type of GIS metal bracket,and in the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment for new hydropower projects.
