摘要 近年来我国风力发电行业发展迅猛,截止2019年我国的风力发电装机容量已超过209.94GW,并且还在呈稳步的上升趋势。风力发电机组作为风力发电场来说是最主要的设备之一,风力发电机组的安全稳定运行直接关系到企业的运营效益,所以如何提升风力发电机机组的安全稳定运行水平就成了风电机组厂家、业主、维护单位所关心的话题。以提升集控中心信息智能化、自动化水平、运用风力发电机组故障预测、制定合理的检修计划作为未来风力发电机组的运行、维护策略进行探讨,提出基于SCADA系统建立风电机组PHM系统的研究。 In recent years,China's wind power industry has developed rapidly.By 2019,the installed capacity of wind power in China has exceeded 209.94 GW,and it is still steadily increasing.As one of the most important equipment in wind farm,the safe and stable operation of wind turbines has a direct bearing on the operational benefits of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the safe and stable operation level of wind turbines has become a topic of concern for wind turbine manufacturers,owners and maintenance units.By raising the level of intelligence and automation of centralized control center information,predicting the faults of wind turbines,formulating a reasonable maintenance plan as the operation and maintenance strategy of future wind turbines,this paper puts forward the establishment of PHM system for wind turbines based on SCADA system.
