Research on the Transformation of Legal Education in AI Era

人工智能时代信息技术的广泛应用对法律行业产生了诸多影响,也给法学教育提出了新要求。为顺应时代需求,法学教育要实现目标分层化、内容综合化、模式个性化、手段灵活化,必须重视学生法律思维方法的培养,开设人工智能法学教育课程,探索人工智能法学教学新模式,深入人工智能研发部门开展教学实践,通过上述探索和实践为未来高校法学教育转型提供思路。

In AI era,the widespread application of information technology has brought various effects on the legal industry,and it has also put forward new requirements for legal education,requiring legal education to be more intelligent,flexible,hierarchical and individualized.Therefore,in order to adapt legal education to the realistic requirements of the AI era,the cultivation of students’legal thinking methods should be emphasized,and the AI teaching modes of legal education should be innovated.The author proposes that the teaching practice of legal education be combined with AI research and development.The study may provide reference to the future transformation of college law education.
