摘要
高等职业教育集团是实现校企品牌、效益双提升的载体,集团的绩效产出水平取决于能否满足主要相关者不同的利益点并形成合理的共生、共赢模式。因此探讨如何平衡集团的战略、绩效与共赢机制以及建立一体化目标框架尤为必要。基于此,通过利益相关者理论分析高等职业教育集团所处的利益环境,筛选主要利益方,探讨其核心利益和主要贡献,并进一步引入绩效棱柱模型,面向主要利益方从模型的五个维度分别设置关键绩效指标,以获得绩效框架体系并达成宏观与微观层面的统一,继而从实施层面制定绩效框架体系实现路径。
Higher vocational education group is the carrier to realize the double promotion of school-enterprise brand and benefit.Its performance output level depends on whether it can meet the different interests of the main stakeholders and form a reasonable win-win mode.How to balance the strategy,performance and win-win mechanism of the group and establish the goal framework of integration is a problem that must be discussed.This paper firstly uses the stakeholder theory to analyze the interest environment of higher vocational education group,screens out the main stakeholders,and explores their core interests and main contributions.Furthermore,the performance prism model is introduced,and key performance indicators are set for the main stakeholders from the five dimensions of the model to obtain the performance framework system and achieve the unity of macro and micro levels.Finally,the implementation path of the performance framework system is discussed.
