摘要
在校企共同育人推动产业高技术、高质量发展的目标下,学习、工作和职业三要素紧密融合,打破学历教育与职业培训、学校与企业、工作与学习、课堂与岗位的界限,可促进职业教育更加稳步地发展。基于此,以顺德职业技术学院“双高”建设“制冷与空调技术专业群”为试点,从机制、模式、手段创新等方面探讨新形势下学分制改革途径,包括创新人才培养方案与课程体系、整合校企合作资源的实践教学条件、开发以国家教学资源库为本体的职业技能培训包、构筑公平公正的权威考核机制与保障等。
Schools-enterprise cooperation can promote the high-tech and high-quality development of related industries,break the boundaries between academic education and vocational training,schools and enterprises,work and study,classrooms and jobs,and promote the steady development of vocational education.The article explores the credit system reform from the aspects of mechanism innovation,model innovation and means innovation.It proposes ways to reform the credit system in the new situation,including innovative talent training programs and curriculum systems based on specialty groups,creating practical teaching conditions for school-enterprise cooperation and integration of education resources,developing a professional knowledge and skills training package based on teaching resources,establishing a fair and just authority assessment mechanism and guarantee.
