高校智慧图书馆知识服务体系构建研究

A Research on the Construction of the Knowledge Service System for Smart Libraries in Universities and Colleges

随着互联网和信息技术的迅猛发展,高校图书馆知识服务越来越智慧化,迫切需要设计并构建高校智慧图书馆知识服务体系。基于知识生态理论,对高校智慧图书馆知识服务的过程与策略等问题展开深入细致的研究。针对构成高校智慧图书馆知识生态系统的四个构成要素,提出了“促生”服务模式,以满足图书馆用户的需求,提高高校图书馆的服务水平。

With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,the service provided by university and college libraries is becoming more and more intelligent,and there is an urgent need to design and construct a knowledge service system compatible with the future development of smart libraries in universities and colleges.Based on the theory of knowledge ecology,in-depth and scrupulous research has been carried out on the process and strategies of such a knowledge service system.In response to the four components of knowledge ecological system,the author has put forward suggestions to satisfy user requirements and improve the level of knowledge service in smart university and college libraries.
