高校党史教育是思想政治教育的重要内容。提升高校党史育人的针对性和实效性,对于增强大学生思想政治素质有着重要的促进作用。在高校党史学习教育的机制构建中,马克思主义学院是主阵地,思想政治理论课教学是主渠道,而思政课教师则是主力军。发挥这“三主”的重要作用,积极构建党史育人新机制,坚持把党史育人融入高校思想政治教育全过程,是对大学生进行党史学习教育的题中之义。因此,积极探索马克思主义学院应如何完成理论高地建设,努力完善党史育人的教学体系,主动培养一批懂理论、会实践的党史教育教师队伍,真正使党史理论研究的最新成果进课堂、进学生头脑、进学生心里,是目前高校思想政治教育亟待解决的重点和难题。
