维生素D联合布地奈德雾化吸入对支气管哮喘患儿的疗效

Effects of Vitamin D Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation in Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨维生素D联合布地奈德雾化吸入对支气管哮喘患儿的疗效。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的82例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患儿常规接受布地奈德雾化治疗,观察组患儿在布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的同时口服维生素D,观察并对比两组患儿治疗前后的临床疗效,嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)计数和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平,C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等炎症指标的水平。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的70.73%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿Eos数量和IgE、CRP及IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且治疗后观察组患儿Eos计数和IgE、CRP及IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素D联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘患儿效果较好,不仅能够减少Eos计数,还能有效降低IgE水平、CRP及IL-6水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin D combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 82 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The children in the control group were routinely treated with budesonide atomization,and the children in the observation group were treated with budesonide atomization inhalation at the same time of oral vitamin D.The clinical efficacy,the eosinophils(Eos)count and immunoglobulin E(IgE)level,the levels of inflammatory markers such as C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than that of control group by 70.73%(P<0.05).After treatment,eosinophil count and IgE,CRP and IL-6 level in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and eosinophil count and IgE,CRP and IL-6 level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma,which can reduce Eos count,and IgE,CRP,IL-6 level.
