大面积烧伤患者创伤后成长的相关因素

Related Factors of Posttraumatic Growth in Patients with Extensive Burn

目的分析影响大面积烧伤患者创伤后成长(PTG)的相关因素。方法前瞻性选取2019年1月至2020年12月在郑州市第一人民医院接受治疗的100例大面积烧伤患者作为研究对象,于患者康复期第1次来院复诊时采用PTG评定量表(PTGI)评估患者PTG水平,观察其PTG水平现状。询问并记录患者基线资料,对比不同特征的大面积烧伤患者PTGI评分情况,经多元线性回归分析大面积烧伤患者PTG的影响因素。结果纳入的100例大面积烧伤患者平均PTGI评分为(56.32±12.26)分;社会支持低下、乐观水平低、心理弹性差的大面积烧伤患者PTGI评分均低于社会支持良好、乐观水平高、心理弹性好的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不同特征大面积烧伤患者PTGI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经多元线性回归分析,结果显示,社会支持低下、乐观水平低、心理弹性差是大面积烧伤患者PTG水平低下的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论大面积烧伤患者PTG处于偏低水平,可能受社会支持低下、乐观水平低、心理弹性差的影响。

Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of posttraumatic growth(PTG)in patients with extensive burn.Methods A total of 100 patients with extensive burn treated in Zhengzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were prospectively selected as the research subjects.The PTG level of patients was assessed by PTG Inventory Scale(PTGI)at the first follow-up visit,the PTG level was observed.The baseline data of patients were asked and recorded.The PTGI scores of patients with extensive burns with different characteristics were compared.The influencing factors of PTG were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The average PTGI score was(56.32±12.26)points in included 100 patients with extensive burn.PTGI scores of patients with extensive burn with low social support,low level of optimism and poor psychological resilience were lower than those of patients with good social support,high level of optimism and good psychological resilience(P<0.05).There was no differences in PTGI scores of patients with extensive burn with other different characteristics(P>0.05).By multiple linear regression analysis,the results showed that low social support,low level of optimism and poor psychological resilience were the influencing factors of low PTG level in patients with extensive burn(P<0.05).Conclusion PTG level of patients with extensive burn is on the low level,which may be affected by low social support,low level of optimism and poor psychological resilience.
