中医药治疗动脉粥样硬化研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Atherosclerosis by Traditional Chinese Medicine

动脉粥样硬化(AS)是一组称为动脉硬化的血管病中常见且重要的一种,近年来因脂质代谢异常引发的AS性心脑血管疾病发病率在加速上升。随着人们对AS认识的不断深化,中医药以“整体观念、辨证论治”为指导原则,对该病的临床治疗发展做出了巨大贡献。本文从病因病机出发,整理了近几年来中医药治疗AS的研究进展,作如下综述,以期为该病的深入探索研究提供参考。

Atherosclerosis(AS)was one of the most common and important vascular diseases in a group called arteriosclerosis.In recent years,the incidence of atherosclerotic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by abnormal lipid metabolism was increasing rapidly.With the deepening of people’s understanding of AS,traditional Chinese medicine has made great contributions to the development of clinical treatment of AS based on the guiding principle of“holistic concept and syndrome differentiation”.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis,this paper summarized the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of AS in recent years,and made the following review,in order to provide reference for further exploration and research of this disease.
