肾癌是泌尿系统中常见的恶性肿瘤,而肾细胞癌(RCC)是最常见的亚型,其恶性程度高,对放化疗、免疫治疗不敏感。肾细胞癌在我国发病率逐年上升,目前治疗仍以手术为主,其术后复发和转移的风险较高。近年来,对早期诊断肾细胞癌的标志物和治疗靶点的研究受到广泛的关注。环状RNA(circRNA)是一类呈封闭环状结构的非编码RNA,广泛存在于真核细胞胞质中,具有稳定、不易降解、组织特异性等特点。本文概述了肾细胞癌与circRNA的关系,详细阐述了circRNA调控肾细胞癌发生发展的具体方式,并探讨了circRNA在肾细胞癌研究中的策略和发展前景,使circRNA有望成为癌症前期诊断和预后判断的潜在的生物标志物,并为疾病的治疗提供新的思路。

Renal cancer is a common malignant urological tumor in the urinary system,and renal cell carcinoma(RCC)is the most common subtype.It has a high degree of malignancy and is not sensitive to radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and immunotherapy.The incidence of RCC in China has been increasing year by year.Surgery is regarded as the standrad treatment,neverthless,the risk of postoperative recurrence and metastasis is high.In recent years,research on markers and therapeutic targets for early diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma has received extensive attention.Circular RNA(circRNA)is a type of non-coding RNA with a closed circular structure,which is widely present in the eukaryotic cytoplasm and has the characteristics of stability and tissue specificity.This article outlines the nature of circRNA,detailedly illuminates the specific regulatory mechanism of circRNA in RCC,and discusses the strategy and prospects of circRNA.All these make circRNA expected to become the potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis judgment,and provide new ideas for treatment.
