摘要
目的对肾结石患者采用超声引导下精准穿刺经皮肾镜治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择该院2018年9月—2020年4月收治的肾结石患者110例作为该次研究纳入的研究对象按照随机的方式分为两组患者,甲组和乙组,每组各55例。通过传统体外冲击波碎石术治疗甲组,通过超声引导下精准穿刺经皮肾镜碎石术治疗乙组。比较两组的治疗效果。结果乙组的结石清除率为98.2%,明显高于甲组的81.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.182,P<0.05);乙组的手术时间为(59.2±13.7)min、住院时间为(3.1±1.4)d,明显低于甲组的(87.3±14.1)min、(5.9±1.3)d,差异有统计学意义(t=10.600、10.869,P<0.05);乙组的并发症发生率为5.5%,明显低于甲组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.238,P<0.05)。结论针对肾结石患者采用超声引导下精准穿刺经皮肾镜治疗能够有效地清除结石,而且还可以缩短手术时间,减少了并发症发生率,促进患者术后康复。
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy on patients with kidney stones.Methods A total of 110 kidney stone patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B,with 55 cases in each group.Traditional extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy was used to treat group A,and ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy was used to treat group B.Compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The stone clearance rate of group B was 98.2%,which was significantly higher than that of group A’s 81.8%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.182,P<0.05);the operation time of group B was(59.2±13.7)min,hospitalization time was(3.1±1.4)d,which was significantly lower than the(87.3±14.1)min and(5.9±1.3)d of group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.600,10.869,P<0.05);the complications of group B was 5.5%,which was significantly lower than the 20.0%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.238,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with kidney stones,ultrasound-guided precision puncture percutaneous nephroscope treatment can effectively remove the stones,and can also shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote postoperative recovery.
