摘要
目的探究冠心病介入治疗应用瑞舒伐他汀对肾功能血脂及炎性反应的作用。方法将该院自2019年5月-2020年5月收治的86例冠心病介入治疗患者通过计算机表法分为研究组与参照组,两组各纳入43例。给予参照组行氟伐他汀治疗,给予研究组行瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对比两组患者血脂及炎性反应指标。结果研究组TC、TG、CRP及IL-18分别为(2.43±0.39)mmol/L、(1.61±0.49)mmol/L、(6.25±1.49)mg/L、(72.94±4.82)ng/L均低于参照组的(2.97±0.42)mmol/L、(1.91±0.53)mmol/L、(8.21±1.83)mg/L、(80.67±6.25)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.178、2.725、5.446、6.422,P<0.05);研究组eGFR及Cr分别为(95.13±5.82)mL/min、(76.97±4.63)μmol/L对比参照组的(95.69±5.84)m L/min、(77.15±4.39)μmol/L,差异无统计学意义(t=0.445、0.184,P>0.05)。结论冠心病介入治疗术后采取瑞舒伐他汀治疗效果显著,可有效改善血脂指标,降低炎性反应,促使肾功能维持正常,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of rosuvastatin in interventional treatment of coronary heart disease on renal function,blood lipids and inflammatory response.Methods Eighty-six patients with coronary interventional therapy admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were divided into study group and reference group by computer table method.The two groups were enrolled in 43 cases,and the reference group was given fluvastatin treatment,the study group was given rosuvastatin treatment,and the blood lipids and inflammatory response indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The TC,TG,CRP and IL-18 of the study group were(2.43±0.39)mmol/L,(1.61±0.49)mmol/L,(6.25±1.49)mg/L,(72.94±4.82)ng/L,respectively,lower than the reference group(2.97±0.42)mmol/L,(1.91±0.53)mmol/L,(8.21±1.83)mg/L,(80.67±6.25)ng/L,the difference were statistically significant(t=6.178,2.725,5.446,6.422,P<0.05);the eGFR and Cr of the study group were(95.13±5.82)mL/min and(76.97±4.63)μmol/L compared to the reference group(95.69±5.84)mL/min,(77.15±4.39)μmol/L,the difference were not statistically significant(t=0.445,0.184,P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin has a significant effect after interventional treatment of coronary heart disease,which can effectively improve blood lipids,reduce inflammatory reactions,and promote normal renal function.It is worthy of promotion.
