二甲双胍联合高膳食纤维治疗妊娠期糖尿病效果的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Effect of Metformin Combined with High Dietary Fiber in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

目的探究二甲双胍联合高膳食纤维治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果。方法选择2016年6月—2019年6月在该院进行定期产检分娩并诊断为GDM的患者100例。根据随机数表法将纳入该研究的100例患者随机分为两组,研究组与对照组各50例。其中对照组孕期口服二甲双胍片。研究组在对照组的基础上由营养师为患者制定高膳食纤维饮食,各餐食营养配比均需患者严格按照营养师指导进行,直至妊娠结局。对比两组患者不良妊娠结局的发生率。结果研究组的新生儿体质量(3.22±0.63)kg显著低于对照组(3.82±0.72)kg,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.402,P<0.05)。研究组巨大儿、早产儿、前置胎盘、胎膜早破、新生儿窒息等发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.705、7.111、8.306、8.046、8.274,P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合高膳食纤维治疗妊娠期糖尿病效果显著,可以有效减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with high dietary fiber in the treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods 100 patients who were diagnosed with GDM and were given regular birth check-ups in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,the 100 patients included in this study were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each of the study group and the control group.In the control group,metformin tablets were taken orally during pregnancy.In the study group,on the basis of the control group,a dietitian formulated a high dietary fiber diet for the patients.The nutritional ratio of each meal must be strictly followed by the dietitian until the pregnancy outcome.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups was compared.Results The weight of newborns in the study group(3.22±0.63)kg was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.82±0.72)kg,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.402,P<0.05).The incidence of giant infants,premature infants,placenta previa,premature rupture of membranes,and neonatal asphyxia in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.705,7.111,8.306,8.046,8.274,P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with high dietary fiber is effective in treating gestational diabetes mellitus and can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
