全过程优质护理在肝硬化护理中的效果分析及系统评价

The Effect Analysis and Systematic Evaluation of the Whole Process of High-quality Nursing in the Nursing of Liver Cirrhosis

目的分析全过程优质护理在肝硬化患者中的临床护理效果。方法将该院2018年1月-2020年2月收治的60例肝硬化患者,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规基础护理,观察组接受全过程优质护理。评估两组患者的肝功能指标、自我护理能力、生存质量以及护理满意度。结果护理后,对照组患者的白蛋白水平显著低于观察组患者,总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶水平则明显比观察组患者更高,对比差异有统计学意义(t=3.845、3.311、6.837,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的QOL评分均显著高于对照组患者,对比差异有统计学意义(t=6.994、7.527、7.027、5.708,P<0.001)。对照组患者的护理满意度为73.33%,而观察组患者高达96.67%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.466,P=0.035)。护理干预后,观察组患者的自我概念、自我护理技能、自我责任感和健康知识评分,均明显比对照组患者更高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.357、7.309、5.572、4.014,P<0.001)。结论全过程优质护理在肝硬化患者中的临床护理效果确切,不仅能显著改善患者的肝功能,还可有效提高患者的自我护理能力和生存质量及护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of the whole process of high-quality nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods The 60 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases each according to the different nursing methods.The control group received routine basic nursing care,and the observation group received high-quality nursing care throughout the whole process.The liver function indexes,self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results After nursing,the albumin level of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,and the levels of total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase were significantly higher than those of the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(t=3.845,3.311,6.837,P<0.05).After nursing,the QOL scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.994,7.527,7.027,5.708,P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 73.33%,while that of the observation group was as high as 96.67%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.466,P=0.035).After nursing intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-care skills,self-responsibility,and health knowledge of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.357,7.309,5.572,4.014,P<0.001).Conclusion The clinical nursing effect of the whole process of high-quality nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis is definite.It can not only significantly improve the liver function of the patient,but also effectively improve the patient’s self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
