心理护理模式在糖尿病足疼痛患者中的护理效果及对VAS评分影响

The Effect of Psychological Nursing Model in Patients with Diabetic Foot Pain and Its Influence on VAS Score

目的探讨心理护理模式在糖尿病足疼痛患者中的护理效果及对VAS评分影响。方法将2018年6月-2019年6月于该院收治的糖尿病足疼痛患者中抽出62例,将其分成观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上加以心理护理模式进行干预,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组HAMD、VAS评分量表均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(93.56%>67.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我管理能力及血糖降低水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病足疼痛患者配合心理护理模式进行干预,不仅能有效缓解其机体疼痛感和降低血糖指标,还能有效提高患者护理满意度及自我管理能力,是改善其负面情绪的有效方案,效果显著,值得临床上大力推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of psychological nursing model in patients with diabetic foot pain and its influence on VAS score.Methods A total of 62 diabetic foot pain patients who were admitted to the hospital from June2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group took conventional nursing care,and the observation group was intervened with psychological nursing mode on this basis,and the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The HAMD and VAS score scales of the observation group were better than the corresponding values of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.56%>67.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-management ability and blood glucose reduction level of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention for patients with diabetic foot pain in conjunction with psychological nursing mode can not only effectively relieve their body pain and reduce blood glucose levels,but also effectively improve patients’nursing satisfaction and self-management ability.It is an effective plan to improve their negative emotions,with significant effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
