2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中采用α-硫辛酸和甲钴胺的总有效率及药学价值探讨

Discussion on the Total Effective Rate and Pharmaceutical Value of α-lipoic Acid and Mecobalamin in the Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的分析对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者实行甲钴胺、α-硫辛酸疗法的价值(药学价值、总有效率)。方法研究对象为就诊于该院2019年3月-2021年3月的2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者86例,研究组43例行甲钴胺单用疗法,对照组43例行甲钴胺+α-硫辛酸,比较和观察两组治疗效果。结果对比对照组效果,研究组总治疗有效率提升明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比对照组血糖水平,治疗后研究组血糖指标均有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比对照组神经传导功能,治疗后研究组感觉传导速度、运动传导速度均优化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗安全性对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比氧化应激指标,研究组治疗后优化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较对照组,治疗后研究组CysC、Hcy均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者实行甲钴胺、α-硫辛酸疗法具有较高的价值,建议推广。

Objective To observe the value(pharmaceutical value,total effective rate)of methylcobalamin andα-lipoic acid therapy in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The subjects of the study were 86 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were treated in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021.43 patients in the study group received mecobalamin monotherapy,and 43 patients in the control group received mecobalamin+α-Lipoic acid,compared and observed the treatment effect of the two groups.Results Comparing the effect of the control group,the total treatment effective rate of the study group increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the blood glucose level of the control group,the blood glucose index of the study group decreased after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);comparing the nerve conduction function of the control group,the sensory conduction velocity and motor conduction velocity of the study group were optimized significantly after treatment,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the treatment safety of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);compared with oxidative stress indicators,the study group was optimized after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,CysC and Hcy in the study group were significantly reduced after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of mecobalamin andα-lipoic acid for patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy is of high value,and it is recommended to be popularized.
